  • Lane House Construction donated $4,958.00 to the Saint Louis County Police Welfare Association in the year of 2012 and donated $2,500 in 2013. The Saint Louis County Police Welfare Association is a 501c non-profit which acts as a support alliance for the Saint Louis County Police Department Employees in the time of crisis. The Saint Louis County Police Welfare Association provides financial assistance to police officers and civilian employees of the Saint Louis County Police Department in the event of serious injury, illness, or catastrophic loss due to circumstances beyond the employees’ control. The Saint Louis County Police Welfare Association also supports the families of our nine fallen officers and ensures that their sacrifices are “Never Forgotten.”
  • In April of 2014, Channel 4 News had done a report about a women who had gotten ripped off by a contractor, took her money and never came back. Kerry House, president of Lane House Construction, stepped up and called channel 4 and he let them know he wanted to take care of this. So Lane House Construction took care of this women that got ripped off and gave her a whole new roof deck and a brand new roof at NO CHARGE.
  • This year, Lane House Construction is donating $1.00 per square of shingles to the Saint Louis County Police Welfare Association, Saint Jude’s, & Helping Strays, starting June 1, 2014 through October 31, 2014. This will add up to thousands and thousands of dollars. (One house is typically 20-30sqaure=$20 or $30 to one of these charities.
