Company History

Kerry House also known as The Roofer, president and CEO of Lane House Construction, has been involved with the roofing industry since the age of 14 when he worked during the summer carrying shingles up the ladder and working on the labor crew. In 1998 Mr. House started his own company after running two crews and working as a sub for two of the largest remodeling companies in St. Louis. With great outcome, Kerry partnered up with Tim Lane and put their knowledge together becoming Lane House Construction in 2003. Lane House Construction has become one of the fastest growing residential remodeling companies in the Saint Louis area. Lane House now has its own radio show, Construction Junction which you can click the listen to The Roofer live on our homepage link which tunes into 590a.m. on Sundays' from 1p.m. to 2p.m. Lane House Construction does almost any exterior project to your home. From roofing, siding, windows, gutters, soffit & fascia, decks, and doors, we can do it! We have representatives that are experienced and professional. We are an Accredited Better Business Bureau member, a member of the Home Builders Association, and a Super Service award winner of Angie's List for four years in a row now.
